Buyer rules
- Set pricing: prices shown are for the complete wheel set in the listing, not a single wheel, unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Always review wheel size, PCD, width, offset, condition and photos before purchase or bidding. Contact our fitment team when unsure.
- For auctions, a placed bid is a serious commitment. A saved and authorized payment card may be required before bidding; no bid deposit is charged under the current auction flow.
- Auction winners must complete payment according to the checkout instructions. Marketplace payments may be held under escrow until the transaction is cleared for release.
- Used-wheel condition, scratches, repairs or defects shown or disclosed in the listing form part of the purchase information.
- Worldwide shipping is available by quote. Delivery within the UAE is free.
Seller rules
- Sellers must complete the required account and identity/business verification before using protected marketplace features.
- Listings must be accurate. Sellers must disclose wheel condition and upload clear photos of scratches, bends, cracks, repairs or other relevant defects.
- Auction listings are for wheels and may run for the seller-selected duration supported by the platform. The marketplace administration fee is applied according to the seller terms.
- UAE sellers must deliver sold auction items to the designated Wheels B&B handover location within the required handover period. Sellers shipping from nearby countries must provide valid shipment evidence within the required period.
- Seller proceeds are not released automatically before the transaction is cleared. Release is controlled through the marketplace/admin process so refunds or disputes can be handled when necessary.
- Sellers are responsible for listing the correct quantity and specifications and for honoring a completed sale or winning auction result.
