Senior Authenticator

Own the authentication process end to end — from intake photos to the final ledger entry. This role writes the condition rubric for every set we list.
What we're after
- Five or more years authenticating period forged and split-rim wheels
- Reading factory stamps, casting marks, and heat-lot serials blindfolded
- Comfortable writing a paragraph that will be read by a collector
- Native or fluent English; a second language is welcome
Nº 02 · Sourcing
Buyer — Europe
Remote · Europe · Full-time
Source collectible sets across Germany, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, and France. Tight network, fair offers, fast payment.
What we're after
- Deep rolodex in one or more of: BBS, Porsche clubs, BMW clubs, VAG tuning
- Can inspect a set in a barn and file a structured report
- Speaks at least one of DE / IT / FR
- Based in the EU · you will travel
Nº 03 · Studio
Product Photographer
Dubai (on-site) · Full-time
Shoot every set against the neutral studio field, match the existing house style, and deliver the photo bundle that travels with each wheel.
What we're after
- Portfolio showing product work — watches, jewellery, or automotive
- Confident with controlled continuous lighting
- Fast in post — Capture One or Lightroom
- Comfortable shooting five to ten sets per week
Nº 04 · Logistics
Shipping Operations Coordinator
Dubai (on-site) · Full-time
Run the shipping desk — quotes, bookings, customs documentation, and carrier relationships for DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders.
What we're after
- Experience with DDP international shipping
- Comfortable preparing export declarations and HS codes
- Relationship-driven — our carriers should know your name
- Native or fluent English; Arabic or French is a plus
