Warranty.

We warrant that every wheel sold on Wheels B & B is genuine and as described. If any wheel is later demonstrated by an independent authority to be counterfeit or a copy, we will refund the full purchase price and collect the wheel at our cost, for as long as you own it.

Our authentication process is documented on the product page: casting marks, forge stamps, heat serials, hardware codes, and where applicable — factory records.

For 90 days from delivery we cover manufacturing or remanufacturing defects that make a wheel unsafe to use — concealed cracks, pre-existing bends outside visible tolerance, and lip failures under spec load.

Covered defects are repaired, replaced with an equivalent set, or refunded at our discretion. Damage caused by use — impacts, kerbs, over-torqued lug nuts, tyre fitting errors — is not covered.

Refinished wheels carry a 30 day cosmetic guarantee against clear coat lift, peel, or paint failure outside of fitment damage.

Period finishes — gold pearl, Diamond Silver, Super Black — are replicated to the original spec where possible and identified as such on the product page.

Email desk@wheelsbandb.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We acknowledge every claim within one business day and will instruct on next steps.

For structural claims we may request an independent inspection at a wheel specialist of our choosing before a resolution is agreed.
