Shipping & duties.

Each wheel is wrapped in acid-free paper, then a layer of closed-cell foam, then fitted into a double-wall export carton. Hardware, caps, and provenance paperwork ship inside the carton in a sealed kraft envelope.

Sets of two or four ship as a single palletised crate when the destination, carrier, and local handling make that the safer choice.

We ship with DHL Express and FedEx International Priority for door-to-door, and with handle-with-care freight forwarders for palletised sets.

Typical transit: 2–4 business days to GCC, 3–6 business days to Europe and the UK, 4–7 business days to North America, 5–8 business days to Asia-Pacific. We provide the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — means the price you see at checkout includes the cost of import duties, customs clearance, and local VAT where applicable. Nothing is owed at delivery.

A small number of destinations require the recipient to be the importer of record. We will contact you before dispatch if that applies — typical examples are Switzerland and New Zealand where the buyer must sign a declaration.

Every shipment carries full declared-value insurance. If a set is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim on your behalf and either replace the wheels (not always possible on one-of-one sets) or refund in full.
