- Nº 01Are your wheels really one-of-one?
Yes. Every listing is a specific set with its own SKU, photos, grading, and history. When it sells, it is gone from the active shop and moves to the sold archive.
- Nº 02How do you authenticate wheels?
We check casting marks, forge stamps, heat-treatment serials, hardware codes, and factory records where available. For select makers (BBS, Work, Rays, SSR, Enkei) we have direct channels to verify period production. Every set ships with its authentication notes.
- Nº 03What does the condition rubric mean?
Each wheel is graded across five areas — face, lip, barrel, finish, and caps — on a four-point scale from Good to Mint. The overall grade is the worst area's grade, not an average. We photograph every defect we mention.
- Nº 04What does fitment confidence mean?
Direct OEM — the wheel was factory-fitted to the specified chassis. OEM+ — a size or offset that fits the chassis cleanly without modification. Requires spacers — fits with bolt-on spacers of the spec listed. Modification — fits only with rolled or pulled arches. Unknown — confirm with your own measurement before buying.
- Nº 05Do you ship DDP?
Yes, to the countries listed on the shipping page. The price at checkout includes import duties and local VAT where applicable — nothing extra at delivery.
- Nº 06How long does shipping take?
2–4 business days to GCC, 3–6 to Europe, 4–7 to North America, 5–8 to Asia-Pacific. Tracking goes out within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Nº 07Can I return wheels I don't want?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are uninstalled and in their original packaging. See the returns page for details.
- Nº 08Do you offer refinishing?
Yes, for wheels we sell. We work with a small circle of refinishers in Dubai and Japan. Turnaround is 3–6 weeks and we quote each commission individually.
- Nº 09Can I pay in AED, EUR, or GBP?
Prices are in USD. Our payment processor converts at market rate plus a ~1% margin — your card statement will show the converted amount.
- Nº 10Do you reserve wheels?
Wheels are reserved the moment they are added to the cart for the duration of checkout. We do not hold inventory over email — if it is in the shop, you can add it.
- Nº 11I want a set you don't have. Can you find it?
Sometimes. Send us a note via the contact form with the maker, model, diameter, and chassis. We'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic and on what timeline.
