Returns.
We stand behind every wheel we sell. A 14 day return window applies to every order, provided the wheels are returned in the condition they left us.

The window
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Requests after that window are reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.
To start a return, email desk@wheelsbandb.com with your order number. We will issue a return authorisation and the correct inbound shipping label.

Receipt condition
Wheels must be returned in the condition they were received — uninstalled, unmounted, and in the original packaging. Any new kerb damage, mounting marks, or tyre-fitting residue will be photographed on receipt and deducted from the refund.
For SOLD archive returns, condition notes at the time of shipping are authoritative. Please retain the photo bundle emailed on dispatch.

Refunds
Once the wheels are received and inspected we refund the full item price to the original method of payment within three (3) business days. Banks typically take a further two to five days to post the refund.
Original outbound shipping is not refunded. Inbound return shipping is covered by us when the return is due to a defect on our side, and by the customer otherwise.

Not returnable
Custom work commissioned specifically for your set — refinishing, bespoke finishes, tyre fitment — cannot be returned once the work has begun.
Wheels that have been mounted on a vehicle cannot be returned under the 14 day window and are reviewed only under warranty.
